Event Details

"Duelist Chronicles! Battle City" has been announced which will be held on 8 March 2019. This time you can obtain new Reward Cards and Yami Yugi's new Skill through the Battle City Finals.

Period	8 Mar 2019 - 15 Mar 2019

How to Play

1	Collect Dice Fragments by dueling in Duel World and Ranked Duels.
2	Use Dice Fragments to roll 1-3.
3	Move along the board earning Millenium Coins
4	Collect Millenium Coins and try you luck with the Card Lottery
5	Earn Zone Reward for each zone that you clear.

Obtain Dice Fragment once per day when you enter the map. Resets daily at 02:00.
Players can now obtain EXP and Duel Rewards from Dueling in the event. In addition players will receive Divine Offerings as Duel Rewards. What these Divine Offerings do will be revealed on 11 Mar 2019 13:00
Draw 10 from the lottery will be free once every day.
You can view cut scenes from the event that you have already seen once in the Cutscene Album which can be accessed from the lower left corner of the event page.

Divine Trial

You can go to "Support Item" from the Event Page and Use Divine Offerings to Duel a Yami Yugi who wields the power of Egyptian Gods! Complete it for the 3rd time to obtain Yami Yugi's New Skill A Card Entrusted.

Any idea when this event will come around again?

Man this event was awful. The decks were such 🔥 and hardly farmable.

Bakura: The easiest to beat. Didn't farm him as this need to deal with the graveyard and the 'called' Necrofear...
Hard Seto deck was 🔥. Summon special monster or dodging effects... Could only farm the easier one and only if he don't go turbo double twister Kisetai...
Odion endless trap hell... didn't farmed him just beaten it.
Joey... Yami lmao him. Not farmed.
Ishizu was again 🔥...
Could farm it at hard, but this 🔥 discard cards or the graveyard switch...
Mai... to much summon power on hard.
Ra had his fun at the easier difficulty as just strong beaters were needed+cards to get hp/switch def monster to attack for the 10k bonus.
Marik... Kisetai deck worked against him, but he sometimes 🔥d with his ra(except when sphere-summoned).

Had to rate this event as trash as it feel more like a job with all those 🔥 deckcompositions(even for just beating them) than a fun playthrough...
The only exception was the non-mandatory treasure room that saved this event for being a total failure.

I really liked this event I was immersed in it and unlike you I enjoyed dueling lvl 40 LD.
Bonus points for being story related and not a recycled event for the third time.

The funny part is, people were wishing for more copies of AMA, either because they are new players and don't have more than 1 copy, or they are old players who didn't get much during Arkana's event back then.

Now everyone has so many copies of AMA they're getting sick of seeing another one lol

Even if we don't get the super-god-skill, at least we will see how they implement Obelisk as card. Hopefully just as strong vanilla beater who require 3 tributes so the whiners can cry about this god too as they do with Slifer/Ra.

Nope, Obelisk is broken lol

Only nerf he gets from canon is that he doesn't get infinite atk from his activation effect, just destroying all monsters on the field and then not being able to attack. He still can't be touched by any card effects.

Obelisk is far from broken. It can be destroyed with card effects as long as they don't target it. Super Rush Headlong is a great way to take care of it with current cards.

It is also affected by Wall of Disruption, which doesn't target either.

It's hilarious activating WoD when Atem controls 3 monster lol. Obelisk now has only 1600 ATK
