Description in the game

As one of the three Emperors of Illiaster, Primo aimed to rewrite the present to prevent a post-apocalyptic future. That required the complete destruction of New Domino City, which he was more than willing to do with his army of Duel Bots and his powerful "Meklord Emperor Wisel".

So, what are we looking at from what they gave us to make a good Wisel deck? I have little doubt this will make no impact on the meta, but it should be a fun deck. Maybe something akin to this?

2x Meklord Army of Wisel
3x Meklord Army of Skiel
1x Meklord Army of Granel
3x Blaster Spider
2x Black Salvo
2x Forbidden Lance
2x Cosmic or MST
1x Twin Vortex
2x Treacherous or Needle Ceiling
2x Black Rose Dragon
1x Samurai Destroyer
1x Gear Gigiant X
2x Diamond Dire Wolf
1x Abyss Dweller

That’s effective but I’m not putting a synchro monster in a Meklord deck of all things.

Wait until you hear Temporal Machine God has its own synchro

Meanwhile, Motsuku use synchro and Mystic Box for cheesy OTKs
Thats why u are the weakest Primo
I think it's Aporia not Placido.
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
if they skip all that content & characters by going straight to Aporia it will be disappointing
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
Not likely. Given Lester, Primo, and Jacob all have such distinct cards I think they would start with them.
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
No it won't because no one would ever use Primo, Jacob, or Lester. it would be pointless.

Antinomy has dialogue for Aporia

You were saying?
What are the cards that destroy itself?
<< Anonymous

Basically all "Wisel" monsters. But there are many other cards that can destroy themselves. Most notable: BM-4 Blast Spider

(s)crap monsters

Treacherous, spark breaker, chain destruction, desperado etc etc
<< Anonymous

Spark breaker from this event, the desperado structure deck, destruct potion which is a reward for beating the paradox brothers are probably the easy ones. Treacherous trap hole would be good too.
Wtf Plácido’s winning music is the same as Yusei’s? lol
Free wisel top, attack, guard, carrier

Yeah, but so far, Wisel feels like a cheap gimmick, and now that my excitement has waned, Yusei + Shooting Star Dragon feel more fun to me...

If I make next to no sense it's because I'm tired. Gnite everybody.
Why is Meklord Emperor Wisel listed as a UR when the Minibox leak showed it as an SR?
<< Anonymous(LeodredAQW)
Anonymous Reply
Probably because most ace monsters are UR and this was likely copied from the Primo roaming event.
<< Anonymous
LeodredAQW Reply
Fair enough.
Players having been abusing Synchro decks they already own instead of buying new XYZ cards.

This is the much needed card to make duel Links great again.
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
There are new ones? When did we get Union Hangar?
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
Only 2 meta decks use syncro, the rest is xyz only, even rogue decks use xyz more
This card almost looks like it was made to beat harpies tho it would probably fall short
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
It's only a matter of how fast and consistent the deck built around it can be. Although if only counters synchros so you'll be playing a deck that loses to everything else lol.
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
Just another desperado variant fodder
Skills, when u lose 1500 lp,draw meklord emperor from outside of your deck
I feel like the meklords are the be raid duels when they make an unlock event
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
Oh definitely. They need a new raid duel event now that they've done Aigami and Yugi DSOD's unlock event twice each.
