Get Destiny HERO - Plasma in your hand by using Reinforcement skill. You might summon Troop Dragon and Bubonic Vermin in face-up ATK position to decrease your LP at least 1800 to activate the skill.
Special summon Destiny HERO - Plasma by tributing Troop Dragon, Bubonic Vermin, or Cosmic Compass. Use the effect of Destiny HERO - Plasma to increase its ATK.
Once you summon Destiny HERO - Plasma, Alexis's monsters' effects are negated, meaning Destiny HERO - Plasma won't be destroyed or sent to the graveyard by the effects of her Cyber Angel Dakini or Cyber Gymnast.
If you don't have Desert Twister, add one more Secret Pass to Treasure. The first one will be negated by Alexis' Spell Shield Type-8, then the second one will be successfully activated.
Dark Paladin (7-8k)
Special summon Dark Paladin in DEF position as soon as possible using skills like Balance and Restart. Dark Paladin's effect can negate the activation of any spell card by discarding 1 hand, meaning Alexis' can't perform ritual summon. Note that Alexis uses the effect of Cyber Gymnast to destroy your Dark Paladin if it is ATK position.
Use King of the Swamp depending on what you need. You can send it to the Graveyard to get Polymerization or use it as a Fusion Substitue. It's recommended to have more copies of this card and replace other Fusion Substitute monsters.
It's not inconsistent, it's worked every single time I've used it and scored me over 8000. You just have super bad luck by the sound of it

Is there any way to get White Night Queen easy? I have won multiple rounds with a 9000+ score and have had multiple drops of almost every card except that one and I have been gunning for that card since GX came out. I'm so god damn annoyed.
Okay, try this. My phone's being a pain, so I don't have a screen capture for the deck, but maybe this will work.

1x Ghosttrick Skeleton - to drain her deck slowly(Maybe 2)
1x Gravekeeper's Vassal - typical(Karate Man could work too)

1x Double Summon - to get out more than one monster faster if possible or to serve as a throw away for magic jammer
2x Union Attack - typical
1x Temple of the Kings - typical
1x Secret Pass to the Treasures - typical
1x Magic Drain - to prevent Machine Angel Ritual from being used
1x Michizure - to either revenge kill or waste a Machine Angel Ritual's secondary effect
2x Magic Jammer - to prevent Machine Angel Ritual's use
1x Draining Shield - to protect and gain life without using Enchanted Javelin(2 would be better if you have them)
1x Jar of Avarice - to return cards lost by Magic Jammer
1x Windstorm of Etaqua - to stall
1x Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon - typical

I'm still testing the deck, but it could prove effective as a variation of the usual Tea farm deck.
2x-3x Ritual Sealing - either to serve as a waster for Machine Angel Ritual's secondary effect or to actually kill the ritual monster if lucky(would also be an effective discard for Magic Jammer)
2x-3x Draw extra cards type cards(Shard of Greed, Pot of Greed Vortex Trooper) - the only reason there aren't currently a few in the deck is to reduce the number of cards
2x 3x other attack stall cards(Security Orb, Enemy Controller) - again, the only reason they aren't in there is because the deck is better off staying around 20 cards)
Any ideas or suggestions would be great. It's still just a tester deck, but it at least has proven effective as a decent stall deck to average 2000-3000 points.
