Description in the game

Seto Kaiba's younger brother is also the Vice President of KaibaCorp. Since Seto is too busy with his own project, Mokuba manages the day-to-day affairs of running the company. As Mokuba grows both physically and emotionally, he helps his brother develop Duel Links so that he can achieve his ultimate goal.

Can be used each time your Life Points decrase by 1500. In the Draw Phase, instead of doing a normal draw, draw a random Light attribute monster.
Lvl 13
Decoy Tactics
Can be used when your Life Points descreases by 1500. Play 1 "Decoy Dragon" from outside of your deck in Defense position. You cannot special summon any monsters other during the turn you activate this Skill. The Skill will only activated if you begin the duel with a Deck that has 5 or more Dragon-Type monsters with different names. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.

If your deck contains 3 monsters listed below, you will have improved chances of having a Normal Monster in your starting hand.

Your're Powerless!
Select 1 Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls that targets a monster you control. Negate the selected card until the end of the turn. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
Defense Charge
1 face-up monster you control gains the current turn x100 DEF until the end of the turn. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
Dragonic Rebirth
Can be used when both players' turn is 4 and onward. Add a Dragon-Type monster with the same level as the number of turns that have passed from your Graveyard to your hand. This Skill can only be used once per duel.
Dragonic Reincarnation
Send 1 Lvl 7 or higher Dragon-Type monsters from your hand to your Graveyard. Then, add 1 Lvl 4 Light Dragon-Type monster to your hand from your Graveyard. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.

That's actually the exact reason. Kaiba used Thunder Dragon, so naturally, Mokuba would want to use it too.

Konami just expanded on it by giving him Thunder Dragon archetype.

I think both kaiba and mokuba belong to water element, not thunder.

I was happy to finally see some scene and in duel interactions between him and Seto as brothers. I hate how the first Kaiba never even said anything to recognize him and they just added in that old line of his from before when Mokuba defeats him.

I actually didn't feel right giving him a blue eyes deck due to him always referring to seto, I hope in dsod he doesn't always do that, anyway, the deck I did give him was a vennominon deck
