Restart Can be used after starting hand is distributed. Shuffle all the cards from your hand into the Deck. Then draw the starting hand again.
Access denied Can be used if your LP drops below 1000. Until the end of your opponent's next turn, neither you or your opponent can normal summon or special summon effect monsters, or activate monsters effects. This skill can be used once per duel.
My Monster Cards If your Deck contains 6 or more Level 4 or below Monster Cards with different names, you will have improved chances of having a Level 4 Monster Card in your starting hand.

Ice Barrier deck works pretty well. Level up decks do too. I also like a good Ninja deck, but think Ice Barrier works better.

So me and another guy did a test to see what would happen if we got double Exodias. What we did was activate Exchange once to so we each got one duplicate and one missing piece. Then late-game after we got the head and other 3 pieces, I activated Exchange again. It turns out if we both have Exodia by way of Exchange the Exodia animation plays, but the duel ends in a draw. It was just something fun that we did. Feel free to test it yourself.
