You don't. This card is good in farming deck if you can outdraw your opponent, otherwise it's a waste of card slot.

How does this card work in farming decks? Also, can you still retrieve this card from the graveyard if you skip one turn after it is in the graveyard? and also what will happen to your skill draw if you also activate its effect?

It simply will ask you if you want to draw Magical Blast from the graveyard or to proceed to draw phase every turn that Magical Blast is in the graveyard.

Guys prismatic Bagic Blast is litterally best farm card
You can use it until you bakura out and boost scores once u corner him.
