Red Layer's first effect is just same as Cyber Dragon's Self-Special Summon effect. You can recycle 1 "Super Quant" card from your Graveyard when it is Normal or Special Summoned which will recover your Hand Sources for another setup combo.
Red Layer can allows you to revive another piece of "Super Quant" monster from your Graveyard aside from himself. Although you cannot activates the revived monster's effect but you can use that monster as one of the Xyz Materials.

Fairy Alphan's first effect will makes your Xyz Summon conventionally as it can allows 1 of your monsters have the level of all other "Super Quant" monsters. Alphan also play a major role for giving full play to one's advantages of this Deck that can tribute itself as cost for revealing 3 "Super Quant" monsters with different names from your Deck and your opponent randomly picked 1 of them to be special summoned, while the other will sent to Graveyard.
Ideally, if your opponent choose Green Layer:
Activates Green Layer's effect to special summoned itself and bring out another piece of "Super Quant" monster from your hand.
Meanwhile, Red Layer's effect (that sent to the Graveyard) will triggered and special summon 1 "Super Quant" monster from your Graveyard.
Blue Layer will allows you to return "Super Quant" cards from the Graveyard to it.
Discard Metalfoes Fusion and target 1 "Super Quantum" monster you control as materials for Xyz Summon a same Attribute "Super Quantum" Xyz monster. Recycle Metalfoes Fusion back to your Deck to get 1 Draw.
Magnacarrier's float effect will allowing you to Special Summon 3 on-archetype Xyz monsters with different names from their Graveyard to special summon the Big Boss monster, Great Magnus.
Great Magnus will becomes powerful controller on board with min. 6 materials if you choose the 3 on-archetype Xyz monsters with different names on your field and special summoned him by using Magnacarrier's effect.

Gaia Dragon, the Thunder Charger's ability to be Xyz Summoned using a Rank 5 or 6 Xyz Monster (Super Quantal Mech Beast Magnaliger in this case) already on the field as the material makes it easy to bring out. Its effect to inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent if it attacks a Defense Position monster can be useful, especially if your opponent has a strong Defense Position monster that is difficult to get rid of. However, Gaia Dragon does not have any abilities that directly support the Super Quant strategy, so it may not always be the best option to include in a Super Quant deck.

Full Armored Black Ray Lancer can be easily summoned by using a Rank 3 WATER Xyz monster as material and gains ATK for each Xyz material attached to it. Its effect to detach all of its Xyz materials instead of being destroyed can be helpful for maintaining field presence.
Additionally, its ability to destroy an opponent's Spell/Trap Card can be a valuable removal option. Overall, Full Armored Black Ray Lancer can be a good choice for a Super Quant deck if you have the appropriate Rank 3 WATER Xyz monster (Super Quantal Mech Beast Grampulse in case) to use as material.
