I can. This one can literally halt nearly any LD easily, the others just take some working around their quirks. My fusions are BEUD and OZ, your choice who to use.
Oh, and make sure to attack only Defense mode Jams after you bounced/destroyed their actual monsters. That'll always make sure one is in Attack mode to end the duel when ready + Destroyed Monsters bonus~
Yea.... I'm just lucky like that. But the idea is there: Bounce back or destroy the enemy monsters while their field fills w/ Jams. Now the monsters used to do so, that's unfortunately up to you because Duel Links doesn't have too many Return monsters right now. :/
Protip: Any good lv40 deck can be used for a lv30 one. Only some cases are the decks so different that they must be handled differently as well. Now as far as Ishizu... definitely don't use a deck reliant of Low LP bonuses. GK Cannoneer will murder you. Beyond that, any Cerberus or Piranha deck should be fine.

here is a deck i made and tested to farm Ishizu it has a 100% win rate if u have all the cards needed check it out here
why doesn't this page mention that using grave keeper's vassal for farming against ishizu is very UNRELIABLE??
the reason being, if ishizu uses necrovalley, then vassal will no longer be able to use "secret pass to treasures" because it's attack power will go above 1,000. Vassal is not good against ishizu, unless you change your cards to get rid of necrovalley before you use vassal with secret pass.
In the last turn, use "Murmur of the Forest" to get rid of "Necrovalley"!

A deck I'm using, seems very consistent. Only way you lose is not getting unhappy girl early or array/windstorm for when she summons oracle. Burning land for necrovally, cause i don't have 2 UA, and necro denies spell reclamation. Base 7600 DP
Here is the deck. It is somehow risky and not consistent. I lost about 4 duels before this. However, it achieves the 8k assessment. The idea of this deck is to fusion summon "Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon" and "Bracchio-Raidus" as soon as possible. When you do this, just keep destroying Ishizu's monsters not allowing her to summon "Gravekeeper's Oracle." Again, this deck is risky.
