Since Spirit Ryu has a similar interaction Cat's Ear Tribe against CPUs, this deck is mostly used in the same way. Summon the Spirit Ryu early on from either your starting hand or get attacked and use "Draw Sense: Wind" skill and stall out the turns, then tribute, fusion and ritual summon when you are close to to running out of cards or out of cards.
unhappy girl isn't actually all that risky. as long as you've got ready to intercept to keep yourself safe early on, with Tea's Holy Guard skill, they won't attack her. She can easily lock up the atk mons on the field, and you can just wait until you summon Chu
Use The Unhappy Girl with Holy Guard to stall until you have all the cards needed to win. Rai-Mei to get The Unhappy Girl. Ishizu will not attack The Unhappy Girl unless she will OTKO you. The Unhappy Girl will prevent Ishizu from attacking and changing battle position if you attacked her monsters.

Sphere Kuriboh and Enemy Controller can be replaced with another Ready for Intercepting. Use Ready for Intercepting on Gravekeeper's Shaman before using De-Spell on Necrovalley at the end. Finisher: Summon Cu Chulainn the Awakened, use Secret Pass to the Treasure on Cu, 2x Riryoku on enemy monsters, Ready for Intercepting on Gravekeeper's Shaman (if on the field), De-Spell Necrovalley, use Cu effect on Blue-Eyes White Dragon, 3x Ritual Weapon on Cu, Direct Attack!

I've personally been using something similar to the Piranha deck to farm Ishizu. The deck list is below.
Pretty simple logic of using Leotaur and Warrior to keep clearing the board (clear Necrovalley if and when needed). You want to summon Blue Eyes as soon as possible (Replace Sheep if you have 3. Kaiba hasn't given me my third yet). Once Blue Eyes is down you can just keep clearing with it and set Overwhelm to prevent Rite of Spirit into a tribute summon (Sphere Kuriboh is a back up).
When summoning BEWD tribute Leotaurs if you can, if not then just make sure 2 are in the graveyard via 7 card hand discards.
You will want 2 Shards of Greed at least to keep up with the GK Recruiters she has so you can get down to Cards on Brink before she decks out.
Once you get to the point of deckout she should have only one monster on the field (just set from her previous turn).
You can then use a twister/de-spell to take out the Necrovalley. Special Summon Akz The Pumer. Use Riryoku BEWD->Akz. Then Polymerize to create BEUD. Use Riryoku BEUD->Akz. Now use Akz' ability to double its attack and discard the last Leotaur kept in hand (or another Beast-Warrior if you don't have 3 Leotaurs) and Akz will have over 10,000 attack. Use the 2250 BEUD to clear the set monster and attack with Akz for victory.

Cards like that are not needed Stef.
As explained since you're constantly clearing the board on your final turn Ishizu will only have 1 card on board. Of which your 2250 attack BEUD will be able to destroy before Akz The Pumer attacks directly. I explained this in the initial post :)

That's why you have Overwhelms. To negate the Rite of Spirits and stop her doing that.
With 2 in the deck you should be able to get it in time, if not add a third and take out sphere kuriboh. :)

1 problem that keeps happening to me because i'm unlucky - she refuses to play Rite of the spirit until it is her turn, then tributes the revived GK for Visionary snd then I can't beat past it, even if I would have to waste riryoku it wouldn't matter bacause it would just discard&protect

I usually hit 7k+ with this deck. If it goes wrong I may end up having to do some less than favourable things but will always end up with 5k+.

This deck helped me beat lv40 Ishizu without much trouble. The idea is to get Angel 7 on the field asap & LumiSoldier as a 2600 beatstick. Plus keeping Necro off the field. Angel 7 prevents the majority of her effects except Priestess' & Visionary's buffs. Btw, Visionary is the only real prob after either Angel7 or Lumi hits the field, small chance she will summon him but def worth noting.
And that answer is simply because:
Angel 7 is an effect monster and, even tho I have 2 Light Effigy, Effigies in general work for Normal Monsters ONLY. However, if I expanded by 2 more cards it wouldn't be a bad Idea as a backup.

Seriously tho guys, think outside the deck. This build may not get to 10k (which some actually can if you work for it), but swarming RE & BE fast can shut Ishizu down faster and Oracle won't be any trouble.
