Land of the Titans mostly offer supports for beast, rock, and plant type monsters. With its specialty being special summons, these cards can help you summon either high attack monsters by surprise, or low leveled ones that can be used for tributes.
Who should roll the pack?
Roll the pack if you want to try out Beast, Rock, Plant decks. Other than for those support cards, the highlight is Gearfried the Iron Knight, an 1800 attack level 4 monster that destroys equip cards equipped to it. Gearfried can be put in most decks simply because of his high attack.
Cards you should get
[UR] Green Baboon
★7/EARTH/Beast/ ATK 2600/DEF 1800
If this card is in your hand or Graveyard when a face-up Beast-Type monster you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard (except during the Damage Step): You can pay 1000 Life Points; Special Summon this card.
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play a Rock-Type monster(s) in your Graveyard. The original ATK and DEF of this card become the number of Rock-Type monsters you removed from play when you Special Summoned this card x 700 points.
If all the monsters in your Graveyard are Beast-Type: You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 Beast-Type monster from your hand or Graveyard, except "Uniflora, Mystical Beast of the Forest", but it cannot attack this turn.
Activate only when your opponent's monster declares an attack. Change the battle position of that monster. When this face-down card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard by the effect of a Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls, destroy 1 monster on the field.
Too many packs are released, but not enough options to gain gems. Even though I spent a little bit of money on it every now and then, I can't keep up. I'm done with spending money until Konami balances this game so it isn't all about P2W.
Your idea falls to pieces when your failsafe to stop it being abused is just banning people, which wouldnt need to happen if they just do not add trading.
If you wanted to trade youd play the card game in real life and trade / sell cards virtually.
The fact that you do not doesnt mean "the majority" supports because of a minority abusing it, it means there is no way to implement it in the
First place without it being a pain in the ass. You start with 2500 gems and can easily make 3000-4000 more with the events and gem rewards when you start.
There is people who restart until they have a starting account who spent their free gems and ended up with a f2p acc with mirror walls and op synergy cards
So I dont know where people pull the "not a lot of people do this and that", a lot of people do. Rookie even now has disgusting decks with f2pers who just got lucky on a new account. I had a deck that could search for 2 black illusions and 2 relinquished because of insane luck with my 6000 gems.
Btw, Konami is not a small indie company, people who say they pay to support KONAMI or pay to keep the game running, your $7.99 transaction through Google Play is responded to by an automatic email saying thank you, shows how desperate for money they are, eh?
Not as if their net income is 26 billion yen or anything ( 228722000.0000 U.S Dollars)
Wonder sky was one of the worst minibox hopefully this one is better.
Nope, there is rising energy that i use as replacement for mirror wall. Plus, since it just mini box, its easier to pull all the ur and sr compare to main box. To be truth, i already complete this box just using gems without spend real money
Fck Harpies humping grounds. Most unoriginal shit out there. Hopefully they Nerf it... This is the worst box. I'm at platinum and all you see is Harpies. Have fun buying a soon to be useless box! (They Nerfed bandit Kieth(unnecessary), after Tea, Mai is next!)
"Wonder sky was one of the worst minibox hopefully this one is better."
Haha, guess you were wrong. Imo this pack (land of titans) is worse. But yeah wonder of the sky was also a trashy mini box apart from some decent SR/UR cards (desert twister, atmosphere, big bang shot, rising energy, summoned skull, black skull dragon).
How many packs do you have to buy to get all the cards in this box?
Baboon deck is so gimmicky. I watch one of the video from Maskscarin, baboon deck is so bad with no backrow support. Here's the video https://youtu.be/RbajydIdJ7E same with gearfried. Only good cards in this deck are probably security orb, and maybe nimble musasabi. The rest are expandable. Save your gems.
I'd drop 1 mogmole and replace it with Outstanding dog marron.
I'd also drop monster reincarnation for skull lair or perhaps magical mallet now switcheroo getting a nerf.
But anyway. I approve this deck. Gg
I've been playing for 120ish days and still only have my KC cup econ. It seems like a solid alternative but the versatility that makes econ the best isn't there.
I think this pack provide diverse alternative. Security orb can provide a nice alternative as cheaper version of econ. Musasabi can provide burn damage and deck thinning. Some cards to counter common traps such as mirror wall with retort or royal surrender. And support for plant, rock, and beast typing which have some deadly potential. Overall its not a bad pack. I think as a pack to begin building a deck on its not a bad pack to start with since its quite a cohesive pack. Probably need to grab a few card from other pack. No complain on my side Konami.
Its not a bad minibox, but the problems are this set need a full set of cards to be good, like gearfried, or beast, you need at least 2 of each UR and/or SR to make a functional deck, and with limited gems provided, people will spend their gems to pack that provide the most versatility that can fit in any deck, like ultimate rising
