You're not wrong, usually one of the tasks is doing PVP once or twice

Sometimes, we're lucky and got it when there's no PVP event.

Like now, the Tour Guide Bingo task is to duel in Wave Duel Scramble instead of PVP.

They appear occasionally at some random spot. Just scroll through the 4 screens in any world. If he's not there, you have to wait for a while or ask a friend to send you one.

I think they're talking about the gift campaign where the "Double or Nothing!" machine might appear.

For months now, whenever there are bingo missions that require me to duel the vagabond or legendary duelists, they vanish. Never to be seen in the worlds again. Anyone else have this issue or notice it?
