You should bring anti-magic arrows in case acid cloud unable activate its effect to destroy s/t because lack of cloudian counter because he has full salvo which after you summon Ra then during battle phase, Dark Kiryu usually activates it.

We need to be able to obtain archfiend barrier etc

Cloudian Ra farm should include the Shooting Star Bow - Ceal. The farm might fail he summons Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu and it's the only monster on the field since it can't be targeted for attacks. With the Ceal you will be able to attack directly.

Or use Acid Cloud's effect to destroy the field spell.

But IMO, that Solemn Wishes is unnecessary, and should be replaced with Cloudian Squall.
