Infernity Patriarch can only be Special Summoned if he is the only card in your hand. So here are some cards to help you with empty your hand, most these cards are specifically made to support Infernity monsters so you get additional benefits for clearing your hand.
Normal Summon Infernity Beetle, and if Infernity Patriarch is the only card in your hand you can Special Summon him. Use Infernity Beetle's effect to Special Summon 2 more copies of itself from the deck, then use one Infernity Beetle with Infernity Patriarch to make a level-6 Synchro. Then use the level-6 Synchro monster with your second Infernity Beetle to make a level-8 Synchro.
