It does work, I'm farming Kalin with Cloudian Ra and I use Zeradias to search Sanctuary.

You probably have a card that when is activated his name is "sanctuary in the sky"and not the real card.

Sanctum of Parshath is only treated as Sanctuary in the Sky when on the field. While in the deck it's not Sanctuary, Zeradias cannot search it

If you're using Sanctum of Parshath, that's why. It's not The Sanctuary in the Sky while in your deck, only on the field or in the Graveyard.

Most SR Tickets can be used to get this card. I also recommend using R tickets to get The Sanctuary in the Sky and more SR Tickets to get Divine Punishment.

Sometimes the angels are bad, because they have some kind of unhealthy godly complex. At least that's what I've seen in some movies, manga/anime.

There is a lot of so called "divine" deception in this world. As long as a persona cannot recognize and separate good from evil. They will always be tricked by religious deception/cults

Why this card does not drop in Super Tea ?

Axe of Fools this thing and it's a 3100 attack beater that doesn't leave if Sanctuary is destroyed, but you gotta pay the 500 every turn
