Weird. I'm running the latest version and I only get the options to normal summon or set. And yes, Tsits is in my deck.

It does work, I'm farming Kalin with Cloudian Ra and I use Zeradias to search Sanctuary.

You probably have a card that when is activated his name is "sanctuary in the sky"and not the real card.

Sanctum of Parshath is only treated as Sanctuary in the Sky when on the field. While in the deck it's not Sanctuary, Zeradias cannot search it

If you're using Sanctum of Parshath, that's why. It's not The Sanctuary in the Sky while in your deck, only on the field or in the Graveyard.
