If an "Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon" attacks this face down card, does the reactor loses it's effect permanently ?

Or does the "monsters in your opponent's possession cannot activate their effects" from the dragon prevails ?

Obliviwisp cannot activate its effect due to Reactor Dragon.

If it wasn't an activated effect, Reactor Dragon would do nothing to it. But it is, so obviously it "wins". (It also starts preventing effect activations well, well before Obliviwisp attempts to negate things anyway.)

Soo, since "Amazoness Swords Woman" and "Kelbek" don't have not an activated effect they both work against "reactor dragon" ?

Yes, they have the Summoned monster gain an effect. They work differently from a card like Djinn Presider of Rituals or Flare Resonator.

Evil Wisp+ Spirit Barrier+Fascination Shield= DNA surgery won't help you now. Throw in a few anti fusion devices so you can't Dark Magician fuse your way out.

This card is more useful than peole say. When it battles with a monster, meaning attacking or defending, it robs that monster of it's effect, even in the graveyard! Attack Yubel while using Shield of Fascination and Spirit Barrier. No damage then you can take her down and she can't use her effect for the duel! If AG hit you with piercing they are now totally vulnerable to traps! Jinzo or Sagent Electro locked you down? Unlock and strike back! Fight for justice! Arrest the criminals bidding behind their one trick meta! Sector Secruity/Duel Chasers Forever!

Really? so is that why they write and think like this?

kniht dna etirw ekil siht? just like Evilswarm Heliotrope? I've seen that a lot in 'real 3d' people, they seem to have some kind of 'inversion' going on their heads. But I wouldn't call them 'Heliotrope' at all. They worship something very different than a warm star, and they live in a constant survival which is very bad even for them.

Yes, inversion. They believe Evil is good, and that Good is evil. They believe they are in the path of 'divinity' when in fact the are in the path of deception and self-🔥.
