If you control no other monsters: You can Tribute this card to target 1 monster your opponent controls; take control of that target until the End Phase. You cannot Special Summon or conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect.
Target 1 face-up Level 3 monster you control; Special Summon 1 monster with the same name as that monster from your hand or Graveyard. Its effects are negated. During the End Phase of this turn, destroy the face-up monster that was targeted by this card.
Yeah, it's not like we've ever had an unlockable Rare Hunter before. (Arkana.)
I feel like any character with a Summoning animation is pretty much confirmed to eventually be playable (and likewise, the card with the animation confirmed to eventually be obtainable if it isn't already, like Ultimate Tyranno).

Absolutely nothing in April for these poor guys... so sad. Where's their unlock...
Plus they are completely unique characters, unlike Mind-Controlled Joey, Ultimate Tyranno Hasselberry or Rare Hunter #1485.

Hopefully these two will bring in a couple copies of Mask of Restrict as their level up loot when they are unlockable. Also maybe have an ability to summon Des Gaurdius more easily or use Remnants directly as a change of heart substitute. Would go great with Goyos.
Can't you read? Did the page you just commented on said "Umbra & Lumnis UNLOCK event"? Are you capable of differentiating between an UNLOCK event and a ROAMING event? Look at the title of the page again. What does it say? There's your answer.
Chill out my man we can choose not to be "that" person always mocking other in hope of gaining a tiny bit of self confidence.
Hey dudes, I think Konami is doing pretty well and I'm gonna tell you why.
People love characters even if some of them are not very relevant. Not long ago SSB ultimate was released and it was a total success, one of the more appealing features the game had was, indeed, the HUGE amount of characters, almost Ronald McDonalds was there. That's very appealing to the public. Back in the day when Bandai Namco released Budokai Tenkaichi 3 (one of my 1st games btw), the game totally succeeded, why? it was highly appealing to the public, and yes... it had a HUGE amount of characters. So, they are doing very good when they give us new characters regularly, when Yubel was added to the game everyone went crazy, it was one of their best events.
...What does the number of monster zones have to do with an Orichalcos event? Seal itself is a good card even if it's JUST boosting ATK, and none of the four relevant characters (considering that Valon would obviously not be using Armors here) need a ton of field space for their decks to function, especially Dartz himself.
Hi there !
Budokai tenkaichi 3 was one of my first games as well !

Honestly, I'm a bit salty that they're using one off characters like Lumis and Umbra for events before nearly half the major cast from GX. DM has over double GX's number of playable characters and 3 times 5D's number. Why throw more new event characters into DM? I get that DM is the most popular series, but this is a bit ridiculous.
Totally agree. They should prioritize important characters from GX and 5Ds first. Lumis & Umbra is just pathetic, look at this guy, not even Konami figured out what the best theme for Lumis & Umbra and they ended putting some random sh#t for their drops.
