Skill Details

Can be used each time your Life Points decrase by 1500. In the Draw Phase, instead of doing a normal draw, draw a random DARK attribute monster.

So confuse had the ability but it never activated even when my LP was at 150

Wow, super confusing sentence. "Legendary duelists drop sometimes when you have duels against them playing such as Bandit Keith, Odion, Pegasus, Yugi, and even Ishizu." What? So play as those characters or duel against them to get the drop skill?

You're supposed to use those guys against any LD to get it. The writer doesn't seems to be able to write a proper english
