Skill Details

If your Deck has 3 or more Level 5 or higher monsters with different names, you will have improved chance of having a Level 5 or higher monster in your starting hand. You cannot Special Summon or activate monster effects until the end of the Main Phase of your first turn.

100% chanse to get 1 lvl 5+ if you have 3, you have more chanses to get more by drawing them

Pizza Dog

If you want this skill, I recommend getting it from Mokuba. Instead of getting it as a drop skill, Mokuba gets it at level 13, making it much more accessible.

I like using it with my Hieratic Dragons, Blue-Eyes, Red-Eyes, and Cosmo Brain.
