This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 EARTH and 2 WIND monsters from your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field.
Activate your Desert Twister's effect and destroy your own set Wild Tornado to activate its secondary effect "If this Set card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, select and destroy 1 face-up card on the field."
Activate and equip it to your Desert Twister then destroy it using its own effect, this way you can discard 1 card in your opponent's hand and you will be able to take a look what cards are they holding. (Best to counter Sphere Kuriboh.)
it's a bit of a long shot, but this card is awesome When trying to run a complete spell/trap zone denial.
I'm running a Xing Zhen Hu card with Tea's surprise present (Jam breeding machine), but u don't always get perfect conditions, so with this card you can make sure the slot is free, and even if u don't put the SURPRISE PRESENT, with xing zhen active, u can always make sure there are no traps waiting for you.
Add a wild tornado and a couple def traps, and u can almost always destroy any card your opponent may summon (And that is friggin hard when u have no spell/trap zone)
Need to run a bunch of earth/wind monsters (ladybug is pretty good, blue dragon, behemoth), and I also like to put in some spirit cards, like Susa, and yasaka comb, so u get card overfill ( but make up for it with lifepoints, and then u can discard the monsters u need to summon twister). Also mystic box, so if u don't have twister and tornado but have spirit and mbox.

With the addition of Kyonshee this card is pretty strong on Harpie decks. Even if you don't have Kyonshee you can make up with Grepher."
Grepher is abit better due to it being a normal warrior monster, that's searchable via blue dragon summoner's effect.
Not nearly as hard to summon as Enrise. Enrise requires 3 Light Fairies (good luck finding so many worthwhile light fairies to put in your deck right now) and a Dark Fiend. Not only do you need a specific attribute for your banished monsters but also /type/. And you need 4 instead of 3. On top of that, fairies specifically tend not to be with putting in a deck to begin with.
Now consider Earth and Wind monsters (of any type.) Hane-hane? Ladybug? Behemoth? Leotaur, Jerry, Sonic Duck? Trust me. It's not difficult to get this guy out. Hell, even Tornado Bird. He's not hard to get out and there's some great options for Earth and Wind monsters to burn.
