Does OCG release prima light? Tribute cyber tutu and special summon it.

Prima Light is not released in OCG/TCG. But considering we are getting Ojamandala soon, perhaps there's a chance for Prima Light to be made available in DL.

Especially considering Alexis has a voice line for it in DL.

Prima Light is a terrible card. Not sure why you'd want it. Even if it was literally just "Tribute 1 monster; Special Summon 1 "Cyber Prima" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.", it would be mediocre at best.

Konami never gave us this, doble passe, or ritual sanctuary. And they killed the cyber angel deck. They really are mean to Alexis.

Nope, those are fanmade effects. Prima Light in the anime only SS Cyber Prima from hand by Tributing Cyber Tutu.

Allegro Toile, Doble Passe and prima light should be added in the structure deck for Alexis

But two of those cards are garbage and the other's stupidly powerful here... Why should ANY of them be a thing?

Alexis could get more stuff. Most of the new Cyber Angel cards are probably within DL's power level. But none of remaining the cards she's actually used in the anime are happening, mostly because they suck or are Doble Passe, Natasha or Vrash.

Gah, doesn't destroy face down traps like Feng Huang. Besides, nowadays most face up Spells seen is probably Toon Kingdom.
