Nah, it's definitely good enough to be UR. Fusion Sage, on the other hand, should have been SR or R from the get go.

I mean it has two effects, definitely UR considering you have many ways to poly or get poly

can't make E-hero Tempest...

Wish this card would be just a SR, it's not that great... it's even useful in farming decks.

Is there a card comming how is better for a fusion deck? Im really considering to buy this pack. But maybe it would be a waste if there will be a futue pack that would be better.

There is no other card that does what King of the Swamp does. (Be both a Polymerization and a Fusion sub.)

As just general Fusion support... I doubt we'll get anything that makes King of the Swamp obsolete any time soon. Unless they release Keeper of Dragonic Magic, but King's versatile enough that even that wouldn't likely make King of the Swamp not worth using.

Was this card erratad?
Because the text in the above picture does not contain the words "... whose name is specifically listed", while the additional text is present in the game version of the card and on sites like yugiohwiki.
It might seem like a small difference, but it's really not. It means that it can't replace a generic fusion material, only specific monster material listed on the fusion monster.

Fusion substitutes have always only been able to replace named materials. No wording change has ever changed the functionality of any of them.

Never in the history of the game have you been able to, for example, use King of the Swamp as one of the Dragons for Five-Headed Dragon, unless it's a Dragon-Type itself.
^^
I think this one should be just a SR :v
lol

This dude shouldn't be a UR card :D
well, I don't think he should, because his usage is mostly in farming decks lol ^^

Anyway, I've farmed all the characters without him, so I can't really complain... im just saiyan

Does nobody care about the artwork? Like is he shooting a laser from his head or he got shoot to the head? If he shoot laser, what he shoot at? The moon? And what's up with his hands? Did his hand broke? And is it he or she?

tbh this is a staple in the game, and very underrated. you never know when fusions are gonna be meta, and this is the card to have if you want to run fusions.

It's not underrated, most f2p just can't afford reset big box 3 times to get 3 copies of this.
