Meklord Emperor: Human At the beginning of the Duel, add 1 "Meklord Emperor Wisel" to your Deck. In addition, if your Life Points are at 2500 or lower, you can place 1 "Spark Breaker" face-up on your field from the outside of your Deck. (This Skill can only be used once)	Primo

Notes

Worm Linx, Good Goblin Housekeeping and Jar of Greed are used to thin your Deck, getting the important cards in your hand quicker. Temple of the Kings is just to speed up your Traps.
With Graceful Tear, give Localized Tornado to your opponent so they can activate it when they're about to Deck out.
Summon Marron and destroy it with either Thunder Crash or Spark Breaker. This lets you Special Summon Wisel from the hand.
Give Guardian Statue to your opponent with Mystic Box.
Normal Summon Wildman, use Double Summon to speed up the process.
Every turn, your opponent will return Wisel to your hand with Guardian Statue's effect.
On your turn you can then Normal Summon Marron and destroy it with Spark Break to Special Summon Wisel again.
Marron will always return to your Deck when destroyed this way, preventing Deck out.

Any idea, how to special summon meklord emperor fast and multiple times?

You can use Mist Valley Shaman, Black Ptera, and Spark Breaker to summon and bounce Wisel every turn. Use Amazoness Trainee to prevent the opponent from decking out, and Wonder Balloons + Sword of the Deep-Seated to prevent yourself from decking out, then fill the rest of the deck with draw power, like the Mahjong Maidens and Goblin Housekeeping. I got the mat in about 5 duels
