If my opponent attacked my monster. Could I activate "Mystic Box" on their turn? Or do I have to wait for my turn? I know it's a normal Spell card. But I just want to make sure. I made a old Yu Gi deck. Lol. Thank you.

Lets say I give a monster to my opponent that was in attack mode, is the opponent immediately allowed to change the monster I gave them to defense mode or it has to stay in the position the card was given?

Yeah your opponent can change that monster position once it's their turn. Mystic box doesn't say anything about locking position

Could I target a set "Flip:" monster with an adverse effect to switch to my opponent so that I can attack it?

Of course you can. In the past there was a deck called "empty jar", gives a morphing jar to opponent then swords of revealing light to flip it etc..

You can also attack over it and force its flip effect to activate.

If someone uses mystic box against me and puts a disciple of Ra on my side of the field am I allowed to use that monster as a tribute summon? Doesn’t allow for special summons obviously but I should be able to tribute it for any of my normal monsters. It states it gives me “control of the monster”. If you can’t tribute summon what kind of control is that

Sure, you can use it as Tribute, if you are Tribute Summoning Obelisk, Osiris, or Ra.

This isn't bad with mecha phantom beast (beatdown) tokens are easy to give to destroy big monsters then counter attack. To bad it's not quick play like enemy controller

Yesterday encountered a burn player using parasite + lotus + golem + swordswoman.
Can't thank him enough for keep on giving me free tribute for my UA. Easy win hahaha

Why can't Michizure activate off of this card's effect? According to the rules text, all conditions are being met.

Not really, the monster is not sent to your, but to their graveyard.

Even if you did own the destroyed monster (and it was sent to your Graveyard as a result), Michizure wouldn't be usable because it would miss its timing. (The control change happens after the destruction.)

Can this combo well with Horus lvl 4 (control of this face-up card cannot be switched), or Horus lvl 6 (card is unaffected by Spell effects)?

Level 4 Horus cannot change position, as such cannot be targetted by MB. Only Level 6 can be used
