My opponent used mystic box, took my dark magician(only monster on my side) and swapped with her lower atk monster she just summoned(only monster on her side) and then attacked her monster now on my side and ended turn. Is my dark magician still in her control for rest of duel until trap is played or destoyed or do i get it back?

Mystic box does not take control of your monster. In this case, your Dark Magician would be destroyed and your opponent will give you the weak monster permanently until it is destroyed.

Use this card against an opponent, he/she had a blue eye white dragon the was summoned by Lord of D, I used Mystic box the which my low monster with blue eyes but it could not target blue eyes, only Lord of D was allowed to be selected... Can anyone explain?

Oops, I I jus
t figured out BEWD can't be targeted due to Lord of D's effect. Must be hard to 🔥 BEWD when he's on the field.

Combine with "owners seal" to destroy opponents monster andere regain control of your own monster.

Great with Spirit Decks... essentially a free destruction of an opponent's monster.

Best use of this is to give them a monster that can give you cards, such as Blue Dragon Summoner, Legion of the Fiend Jester, Dark Mimic LV3, or any monster that activates in your graveyard when destroyed.

Useful with low stats Spellcaster type monster on my field, and with Magician's Circle set, which could turn the change of control of one of my monster into a good thing.

During one of my battles, I had dark magician on the field, summoned element magician, planned to use mystic box to give control of element magician but the only target available to hand over is dark magician. why?

There was probably a WATER monster on the field. One of Element Magician's effects states: "WATER: Control of this card cannot switch."
