Good Goblin Housekeeping works similarly with Bandit Keith's Switcheroo. Use Thunder Dragon's effect to get 2 copies of it from your deck, then use Good Goblin Housekeeping to draw 1 card and to return 1 copy of Thunder Dragon from your hand to your deck. You can then use the effect of the remaining Thunder Dragon from your hand to get the copy that you put back in your deck.
Send copies to the Graveyard
By using Wonder Balloons you can maximize Good Goblin Housekeeping's effect by sending copies of it to the Graveyard.
Search from deck
When A Cat of Ill Omen is flipped, you can search Good Goblin Housekeeping from your deck and put it on top of it.

Terrible in a deck for auto battling. They always put the wrong card back in the deck, lost many time on auto due to them putting my only monster back in the deck and leaving my hand with all magic/traps. Use in auto with caution.
This was a great card to resource shuffle in 'regular duels'. Done right this can act as insanely good filler in Exodia decks since it can be used to pick up the cards to setup combos.
Some recent tactics im pulling is using Peten the Dark clown to create a 2~3 'attack' staller and sometimes use the third with Wonder wand(besides the timing issue). Shame i need moar copies, only got 1 copy. -_-

1x1 always, end up on 3x3, just equals the efficiency in drawing purposes on the last use, so jar is faster, but this is one is better for what you mentioned
Even just one of these is better than JoG (1 draw plus a Switcheroo). But then again, why not both. We will now be drawing more than Disney with this.
You draw USING this card and then send 1 from your hand back to the deck, so it's not even switchero, it's 2x1 the first time you use it LOL, jar of greed is way faster, the only time this card is more efficient is the 3rd time u use it, having 2 on your gy that would be 2x3, but at that time, it would be 2x1;2x2;2x3= 6x6, but this game isnt that long, so you may use it once or twice JoG 1x1 alwys
If only we had emergency provisions. Chaining 3 GGH then play the former, instant +9 right there.
Final destiny that thing and you're all set up for some sweet combos.
