Very useful card in Duel Links. Even though you lose your cards in hand, you can make opponent's monsters weaken permanently. If you send 2 cards to graveyard, you can beat high level monsters with your low-level monster.

Pros

Useful for long term debuffing enemy attack and preserve player low level attack monster in the field for a longer period of time.
Works in almost any type of deck.

Cons

Need to discard cards to activate.
If your opponent destroys it, you could lose the game if you previously discarded your hand.

Tips

It's recommended to activate or discard your cards one at a time to prevent a huge loss if the opponent destroys this card.

They're obviously talking about the event duelist, not the card. Her only monster above 0 ATK was Mystic Tomato, so reducing their ATK to the point they couldn't harm you made farming her very easy.

This could work really well in infernity decks. Discarding your hand to the graveyard and adding tokens to this card at the same time.

Why does this card not work with dark world cards? It should right since it discards by card effect?

No, this card sends, not discards.

Even if this card does discard, this card does so as a cost, not as an effect, so this card would still not work with Dark World, as Dark World needs the discard to be the last thing to happen, meaning it has to be a discard as an effect, not as a cost.

Balloons send as cost, not discard as effect, so DW will not work. You can distinguish costs from effects, as the costs are mentioned in card text before semicolons.

Fabled maybe, I'm not familiar with Fabled. But Dark World is a definite no, I know that for sure.

DW requires you to discard, not send, and you must discard as an effect, not as a cost.

Yes and no.
Yes: If it has enough counters to reduce Sub to 0 during damage step.
No: If it has >0 it will deal its original atk as damage.

Ishizu Ishtar

It works great with Gusto Griffin! It triggers the effect when I discard two Gusto Griffins, and gets a third gusto monster out for free. That monster is almost always Caam, which then shuffles the two Gusto griffins into the deck and I draw one! Basically, my opponents lose 600 ATK, while I get a monster on the board, and I've still got a normal summon!

shuffling 2 cards from the graveyard with caam doesn't seem as effective as using them as a cost for quill pen.

This card is pretty good with Dweller in the Depths, Outstanding Dog Marron, and Sword of the Deep-Seated. Otherwise, I'd say the discard cost is too severe to warrant use. Kind-of funny to think this card was up there with the top 10 strongest cards in the game, and basically forced players to put Twister in everything; times have changed.

Felita, Banner of Courage is a continuous spell - not an equip. It's effect works on all the monsters on your side of the field. I figure it's just a simple goof though. It happens.

Bewd player, great for a splash card. Beats the mirror match and red eyes, and sends kidmodo to the gym if vanguard isn't top decking.

I can see why you can beat red eyes there.u use kuriboh balloon and 3 econs. But i'm afraid u're lack of spells/traps ma men. Try adding some more and platinum/legend will be no problem
