1 is enough for trap decks in turbo duels since you cant play as Odion

and you can abuse from those draw skills

If you have this and a Des Feral Imp or similar, then you can't be decked out if you retrieve this from the GY, right? Des picks this up, then this picks the whole GY back up, including Des imp. Are 18 defensive cards+Des Feral Imp (or similar)+Localized Tornado a viable camping deck?

Btw, yes you do in fact draw cards. You can draw as many cards as you want, then you can throw as many cards from your deck into your opponent's face, deal 1,000 damage to your opponent for each card you throw in their face, then you instantly win the duel.

Virtually useless in the meta and even more useless in the TCG, but at least it can be used to recycle your deck for achievement rewards...
