I know an easy way, just make a random deck with lvl4 decks and put utopia on the deck, and let the auto duel do their thing, on the time you get it.

Another note for the B2TW deck is that they had a second Number 49: Utopia in the extra deck which is why they were able to have 2 Utopia's in the extra deck to make the loop last. That wasn't shown in the example video so I felt like I need to bring that up but I know that it can be done even without a single one in the extra deck.
