Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by being a tryhard whale and tributing all your oclry money and cannot be Special Summoned by any other means.

You are can't just judge a card from its own effect! You have to look for its support too.So yes this card is an UR for sure.

Well of course a SixSam-only CyDra is an UR.

After all, Konami seems to view the generic CyDra as so powerful, it's beyond UR. So I'm not surprised that an archetype specific one is UR.

Are you for 🔥ing real? It's enabling field presence for the deck, can turn into a Shi en with just one additional level 1 tuner, is not even an opt effect, is by itself a 2100 beater... this in combination with Shi En will make Six Samurai's Tier 1 for a good while.
