  • Draw effect.
  • Revives a monster from your graveyard.
  • Good for stalling.

  • You opponent is not likely to attack this monster, making her effect harder to trigger.

  • Good in a Spellcaster centered deck because of her draw effect. Some examples are Dark Magician Gravekeeper, Spellbook, and Fortune Lady.

Magician Girl

Most Magician Girls have an effect that lets them Special Summon monsters when they are targeted by an attack or an effect. This makes them good for stalling and for supporting other Spellcaster monsters.

Some of them, like Berry Magician Girl and Apple Magician Girl, have secondary effects specifically for supporting other Magician Girls.

Re: "Meta Changer"
Yes, but in Duel Links I think it changed the meta by causing people to play decks that can handle them, rather than by keeping them popular or viable.
Not surprised she's UR.

- First effect is a +0 draw effect
- Second effect is fueled by the first effect
- Second effect is a +1 to your field AND a permanent ATK halving

You can even bait the opponent into triggering the second effect by putting her in defense position.

Some players gets dumber when they see that weak 1000 DEF and immediately attack, completely forgetting about her effect.

Don't forget that this card can be summoned easily too. Very strong effect yet so easy to summon.

Yeah, if you think wall of text means limited or semi, you clearly haven't seen any recent link monsters in the current TCG meta, let alone duel links.
