Draw Sense: Wind (skill) Can be used each time your Life Points decrease by 1500. In the Draw Phase, instead of doing a normal draw, draw a random WIND attribute monster.	Seto Kaiba

Notes

The main strategy is destroying Water Dragon with card effects to revive the monsters used to summon him. Then use Bonding H2O to special summon another Water Dragon.
Stall with any of your level 4 monsters in attack position.
Destroy an opponent's monster with Hydrogeddon to special summon another copy from the deck.
Special summon Water Dragon with Bonding H2O and then immediately destroy him with Destruct Potion or Tribute to the Doomed. Use this combo as often as possible.
Do not discard Bonding H2O for Tribute to the Doomed's cost.
When you have 3 Bonding H2O in your graveyard and 2 effect destruction cards, use Jar of Avarice to return them to the deck. Destruct Potion is preferable to Tribute to the Doomed because it does not need a cost and waiting a turn is not a problem.

Draw Sense: Low Level (skill) Can be used each time your Life Points decrease by 1800. In the Draw Phase, instead of doing a normal draw, draw a level 1-4 monster card.	Yami Yugi

Notes

Use Draw Sense: Low Level to search out Destiny HERO Diamond Dude.
Use Gift Exchange to give Localized Tornado to your opponent.
Deck yourself out only keeping 2 Diamond Dudes and 3 Hidden Spellbook set on the field. 3 Pot of Benevolence, 1 Great Long Nose, and 1 Horn of Unicorn in your hand.
When you have 0 cards in your deck activate one of your Hidden Spellbook to return 2 Bonding H2O to your deck.
Activate Diamond Dude's effect to send Bonding H2O to the graveyard.
Use Horn of Unicorn on one of your Diamond Dude and then tribute him to summon Great Long Nose.
Summon Water Dragon the next turn with the Bonding H2O in the graveyard and then use the effect of Diamond Dude to send another Bonding H2O into the graveyard.
Equip the Water Dragon with Horn of Unicorn and tribute it for Great Long Nose.
Remember that at the end phase, your deck should always be 1 Horn of Unicorn on top and all Bonding H2O below it.
When you run out of Bonding H2O in the deck return them with Hidden Spellbook or Pot of Benevolence.

This is great. However, I've made a few improvements:
-Marie The Fallen
-Gift Exchange
-3x Deep Diver
-2x Mallet
+Graceful Tear (+2000 LP is enough to pay for recycle for the whole duel)
+3x Jar of Greed
+1 H20 Bonding
+1 Recycle (lvl 10 kaiba runs twister)
+1 Shifting Sand (same reason)

Otherwise, great stuff!

Pretty useful with that skill, recycling shield and bonding spell every turn.

As of Dec 3, 2019: One-Card Wonder also has this line:
"This Skill will only activate if you begin the duel with a deck that has no other monsters than Dark monsters."

Just a heads up, but flip summons do not seem to count, so Gonogo farming or similar will not work. I believe you need to summon with a Bonding Spell.

Gandora is a normal summon, so of course it works for that. But monsters that need to be special summoned (i.e. Water Dragon, Harpie Lady Sisters, synchros and fusions) won't count flip summons

Does using water cluster effect to summon 2 water dragon counts for this? Because it feels like I did this forever and it never counted.

I'm not sure, nor have I tried farming for this uninteresting mat. But I think WD cluster doesn't work since it's special summoning and you need to use it's generic summoning method to farm a mat. That's what I feel about farming monster's game mat in this game.

I highly doubt it. Most of them only work for proper Summons, which Cluster is not. I did it with Bonding H2O personally. (It's not that hard, actually. Just keep destroying the Water Dragon you Summoned with cards like Destruct Potion, reviving the materials, then use Bonding again.)
