This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Bonding - H2O". While this card is face-up on the field, the ATK of FIRE monsters and Pyro-Type monsters become 0. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 2 "Hydrogeddons" and 1 "Oxygeddon" from your Graveyard.

Pros

High attack and defense.
Good against Fire and Pyro type monsters since it reduces their attack.
It can special summon 3 (specific) monsters to the field when it gets destroyed.

Cons

Difficult summoning condition.
Only decreases Fyre and Pyro type monsters, and only their attack.
The effect of special summoning when it gets destroyed requires you to have them already in the graveyard.

Tips

Special Summon

Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude

Using Diamond Dude's effect, you can special summon Water Dragon without having to summon Hydrogeddon, or Oxygeddon on to the field. You don't even have to bring the monsters in the deck since you it can activate without the cost.

DNA Transplant

You can change your opponent monster's attribute into Fire so that their attack will become 0, allowing you to deal damage like a direct attack. But using DNA Transplant will also reduce its own attack, which can be good if you want to crash into your opponent, or simply just special summon Water Dragon in defense position.

There are several reasons to not run this card:
1) Too specific to summon. Even with the newer support, you have to build a deck around this "archetype". It's not worth it.
2) No protection. It can re-summon the "materials" but you have to bring it back on the field.
3) If you're not facing a FIRE deck, you just have a mediocre beatstick with basically no effects.

Water dragon cluster makes ALL monster 0 atk, not only fire.

This summon is simple. Just use Survival's End when there's three normal monsters on the field, play H2O and you're done.

Is it possible to have 2 water dragons summoned on the field at the same time? Cuz if it isn't i find it incredibly dumb to even own more than 1

1. It's possible, Water Dragon doesn't have a highlander clause on it.

2. Water Dragon Cluster's last effect literally summoned 2 Water Dragon into the field at the same time

Okay so I had the oxygen monster in my hand and 2 hydrogeddon on the field, yet when i tried to play h2o bonding nothing happened, can anyone explain this crap?

I refuse to believe that something so mediocre would be so 🔥edly impossible to summon. Hell even gate guardians pieces could protect themselves and had decent stats.

Yes. All 3 of them must be on you’re field. I found that almost impossible with 3 monster zones. A main reason why I don’t use water dragon anymore.

Next main supposedly box bringing Cluster, Duoterion, D2O, DHO. Not likely meta relevant, but would be a lot of fun in gold, maybe platinum

Aw man, in this type of game? Here I thought Destiny Hero Plasma was hard to summon (along with Alexis’s ace fusion monster since you have to use the 2 monsters and only give you one copy of one of those monsters from the start and have to duel Alexis for any more. Who thought this was a good idea?)
To the dragon’s credit, he has his uses like the anti-Phoenix deck. And as hard as he is to summon, there are worse ace cards (I still consider Legendary Fisherman to be the worst, and Harpie Lady Sisters is almost just as bad in my opinion.)
