This ends up with you activating crazy effects that clear your opponent's board for no cost at all. Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude's effect is unique, it allows you to activate Normal Spell cards without cost by having them go through a different process. The first part of his effect is picking up the top card of your deck and checking whether it is a Normal Spell card, the skill Aroma Strategy will is a good match to this effect so that you will not accidentally send any useful cards to the bottom of your deck. Use Deep Diver to draw Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude early in the duel.
When using this deck, you will most likely fill your hand with useless spell cards that should have been used with Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude's effect while in your deck. Use effects that require you to discard to make use of them.
Eliminating the League discards a spell card from your hand to destroy a monster on your opponent's side of the field. This also gives you a chance to look at your opponent's hand and send to graveyard all cards with the same name as the one you destroyed.
To make clear: the idea is still to use Bonding H2O's effect through Diamond Dude, NOT on its own. Hydro and Oxy aren't there to satisfy Bonding's requirements, they're there to spam the field with through Water Dragon's effect.
For any hero deck to work we need stratos(At least 1) and reinforcements of the army. too inconsistent otherwise tbh.
