Like any other ace monster playmat, the Rainbow Dragon Playmat can be obtained by summoning Rainbow Dragon 100 times. But with such a difficult summoning condition, the Rainbow Dragon Playmat would take you ages to obtain via Normal Dueling. This deck is specifically made to summon Rainbow Dragon as many times as possible till the opponent decks out. It is best to use this deck against a helpless opponent like a Lvl10 Legendary Duelist. The skill also doesn't matter much but Destiny Draw and Restart are good ones to use with this deck.
This deck is credited to @freresduellinks. Here is a link to his tweet!

Destiny Draw (skill) Can be used each time your Life Points decrease by 2000. In the Draw Phase, instead of doing a normal draw, draw the card of your choice. | Yami Yugi |
Simple draw effects that help thin your deck faster. The quicker you are able to cycle through your deck, the quick you can get to your Rainbow Dragon loop.
Use Wonder Balloons to discard every Crystal Beast monster you control. This Set up your graveyard for summoning Rainbow Dragon, and allows you to use practically any monster in your deck as a wall.
Mask of Remnants can be used infinitely and returns to the deck, meaning that you never deck out. Just remember to keep a spell/trap zone open so that you can activate this card. Its best to only put this card back into the deck after you have drawn all other cards.
The loop is quite simple and goes like this.
Now you have a once per turn loop and you will never deck-out, the only thing to worry about now is your opponent decking out. We cannot completely prevent this from happening but we can try to extend the game by giving him more deck cards. Use Graceful Tear and Give your opponent Localized Tornado, he will then proceed to set it. Localized Tornado will sit on his field until the turn before he decks out, activating it and then returning all his hand and field cards back to the deck.
Card | Explanation |
---|---|
A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon | Can be used as a replacement for Harpie Dancer, returns Rainbow Dragon to the hand. Must have a spell/trap card on the field to activate. |
Magical Citadel of Endymion | Use in combination with A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon so that you will always have a spell/trap card on the field to destroy. This works because activating A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon adds one counter, while resolving its effect removes 1 counter maintaining this card on the field. |
Pot of Benevolence | Return A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon back to your deck for reuse. |
Different Dimension Capsule | Search card to help thin your deck. |
The Cheerful Coffin | Used to discard Crystal Beasts from your hand. |
Good Goblin Housekeeping | Can be used as a replacement for Jar of Greed but you will need to run 3 copies of this card for maximum efficiency. |
