To add to my last comment since I don't seem to be able to post replies for some weird reason, to any comments. Since that happened, I've now thrown one in my deck to do the same thing, easily the most BS way I've lost a duel so far.

This card is basically immunity to a deck out if your opponent can't destroy it... Just got decked out by a Vagabond using a deck with it in because we were at a stalemate, he had a monster with higher attack, I had a Mirror Force Dragon, he had no way to destroy my Mirror Force Dragon and I had no way to destroy his monster and I had like 5 cards on him, but when he got down to his last card... it was this... he just kept sending it back to his deck and drawing it again, making it impossible for me to win.

Well, not really. Only if the duel is long. But other than that, if your opponent is trying to deck you out, then you will most likely have deck out by cards like Hiro's shadow scout.

How to counter this card, I've got beaten twice by Masked Beast of SD level 45. If I destroy this card, will it give my monster back?

You can use Gearfried the Iron Knight and Mirror Wall if you like. Gearfried has the effect to destroy any equip card that is equipped to him. When Des Gardius attacks, activate Mirror Wall while Gearfried is on the field. When Des Gardius is destroyed, its effect activates to equip The Mask of Remnants. Thanks to Gearfried's effect, it can destroy it and returns your monster.

It takes control of the monster that destroyed Des Guardius and turns your own monster against you.

Good card for a Cerberus farming deck. I'm actually using it for Marik to get Cerberus over 9k and to prevent magic arrows from being at the bottom.
