What is the monster? I think all spells and traps use monster art from real monster cards.

Not all of them.

There are actually a lot of Spell and Trap cards whose artwork feature beings never seen as monster. Graverobber, Riryoku, Calming Magic, Skull Invitation, just to name a few.

They artwork is based on it, but not the effect.

They’re other cards that do share an effect like graceful charity- but they have other restrictions or downsides attached to balance them
