Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) to your opponent's side of the field by Tributing 2 monsters they control. You cannot Normal Summon/Set the turn you Special Summon this card. During each of your Standby Phases: Take 1000 damage.
Cannot be Normal Summoned / Cannot be Normal Set / Special Summon-only monster / Special Summons itself from your hand to your opponent's field / Prevents the player's Normal Summons / Prevents your Sets
It's not about getting good. Stall decks exploit the fact that most decks can't pack very much backrow removal because they need to use the limited deck space for combo cards to be able to compete with other meta decks. Not to mention traps are much more powerful than backrow removal in terms of advantage, so you often still lose out even if you try to counter it.
[ during each of your standby phases:take a 1000 damage]
Do I read the text right? You mean that I give such a strong monster to my opponent AND take damage to my Lp each turn? What's the point on having it on my deck?
The controller, not the owner, of the card receive the 1000 damage. As you SS it to the opponent's side, the opponent take the 1000 damage in each of his standby phases(if he don't get rid of the monster/its effect).
