Card bugged af, Doesn't add counters when your machines are destroyed simultaneously- And union monsters are only added half the time

No you should get two counters because this card always adds two counters, even if only one monster is destroyed.

This card is bugged, I can't summon Gate Guardian from my graveyard!!!!!!

1. Gate Guardian is a Warrior

2. It's a Semi-Nomi, needs to be summoned properly first before it can be revived

I'm guessing you mean a XYZ deck, and yes, they are really fun.
I personally run with a better version of Kaiba's Battle City deck.
