Both players reveal their hands, each player chooses 1 card from their opponent's hand, then you discard the chosen cards from both players' hands, then both players draw 1 card.

Use Dragged Down into the Grave if you have an unusable card with it.
You can use this at the beginning of the battle to immediately learn the kind of deck your opponent is playing.
You can use Exchange after it when you see a card from your opponent's hand that you needed.
Use this card if you know that your opponent has combination cards. E.g. Your opponent summoned Sonic Bird then he/she took a Ritual Spell Card. Remove the Ritual Spell Card to prevent the Ritual summon.

Been thinking about what cards to put into a hypothetical Jim deck since Axel has datamined voice line for him. This card would work very well if timed correctly as you could force both players to discard the necessary Fossil Fusion material in a single move, especially if you know the opponent added a high level card like Blue Eyes to their hand.
I wish we have 2 more copies of this card, though.

I really think this card is undervalued. See your opponent´s hand is a very powerfull play, and even when your opponent see your, you can set all your magic/trap cards and let only 1 kiteroid or bacon saver in your hand
