For the rest of this turn after this card resolves, you cannot Special Summon monsters, except Ritual Monsters. You can only activate 1 "Merciful Machine Angel" per turn.

Cyber Angel

Here are the monsters you can tribute for Merciful Machine Angel’s activation. The best monsters to tribute would be Cyber Angel Benten and Cyber Angel Idaten. Cyber Angel Benten lets you search a Cyber Angel monster from your deck. Cyber Angel Idaten gives all your Ritual monsters a huge attack boost.

I've noticed this as well, even if you have 3 cyber angels in hand and you can't summon anything and about to lose easily next turn . Very annoying

I think rituals will be fairly competitive but not broken at all. This drop reward looks very promising actually.

If only this card is a quick spell, it's worth running

The problem is cyber angel cards were limited at present, we could not put sufficient cards into the desk in order to use draw cards card. I suggest release partly limited to 2 per type. That can make cyber angel desks playable again. :)
