You can Ritual Summon this card with "Machine Angel Ritual". If this card is Ritual Summoned: You can make your opponent send 1 Spell/Trap they control to the GY. When this attacking card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the GY: You can activate this effect; this card can make a second attack on an opponent's monster in a row. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card or effect that targets a "Cyber Angel" Ritual Monster(s) you control (Quick Effect): You can shuffle 1 Ritual Monster from your GY into the Deck, and if you do, destroy 1 card your opponent controls.

Summoning

As a ritual monster, Cyber Angel Izana must first be Ritual Summoned properly before you summon her through other ways like revival. Here are some Ritual Spells you can use to Ritual Summon Cyber Angel Izana.

About over a month ago, I posted a QA in this site asking for some opinion on which of the 10 cards I listed would likely to be released in DL soon.

Some of the cards on the list is this card and Berserkion. I'm disappointed that most of the respond is bashing me for absurd reason.

Congrats! Ballista squad is added to the game in mini box. Also Chimeratech Rampage Dragon is also added to the game, unfortunately, your guess to not thought that card will be added because powerful, was wrong.

a confused n00b

Can someone help me to understand the third effect?
Example: I have Izana on the field, my oponent target mi Izana with Dark Magician Circle, can I shuffle a ritual mosnter (ciber angel) to target a card and destroy it?
Because I can't do that on Duel Links

I also could not respond to dark magician circle immediately after circle targets my izana. I chose not the activate a quick play and then did not get option to activate izana.

Potential 3.5k beater with backrow removal, double attack AND built in Bad Aim? Don’t understand why people think this isn’t strong. Slap Master of Rites II and you won’t worry about monster effects.
