This card lets you deal damage equal to battle damage and half the attack of the opponents monster

You can. You limit yourself to be F2P when it is actually possible to buy it with real money

You don't really need 3 copies anyway. This is the kind of Equip Spell you'll be fine running just 1 copy.

For Equip Spell that's better to have at 3 copies, look at Power of the Guardians. It's obtainable at 3 copies by entirely using gems too.

It's a funny card. You equip this card to a monster of the opponent, and if that monster destroys yours, then he will receive half of the destroyed monster's attack.
NPC is not aware of this, so just put in defense position a monster with high attack and low defense in order to make the NPC lose by destroying your monster.

Doesn't specify a "Junk" monster so you can equip it to anything.
