Useful for decks that are mainly focused on trap cards, which are usually for either stall burn deck types, or ones with trap monsters like Tiki cards or the Paleozoics. Dealing 200 damage for each activation seems pretty low, but the damage will add up, but focusing on dealing damage through the skill won't be very effective. It works best on Paleozoic decks since the monsters summoned aren't considered traps anymore, so you can still set spells/traps while they are used as monsters.
