I like your WIND beatdown deck. Really good against standard duelists.
But probably -1 Joe and +1 Rising Air Current.
3x Birdman Joe
3x The Tricky
3x Harpie Dances
2x Mecha Beast Ham
3x Troop Dragon
3x Super Rush Headlong
3x Quill Pen of Gulldos
Use Troop Dragon to thin deck and to keep a wind monster on field for Joe’s tribute next turn. TD also has nice synergy with Super Rush Headlong due to “them” being face up when special summoned from the deck.
If you happen to have Quill Pen with Troops in your GY and one on the field, TD can act as an endless vortex, as long as you draw into Quill Pens to restore them into the deck.
Harpie Dancer is great, and seems to be made for Joe, as long as you have at least one other wind monster on the field, you can cycle summon Joe out endlessly.
The Tricky helps out any situation and can provide a quick wind tribute for Joe. Tricky also works well if Troop Dragon has cluttered your hand and you need them in the GY.
Another card to consider which I didn't see above would be Mist Valley Thunderbird. When used with Harpie Dancer, this card can be special summoned back out, preventing Joe from having to Tribute Harpie Dancer for his tribute.
Super Rush Headlong is great as it is both an offensive and defensive
