Tribute 1 Dragon-Type monster; destroy all face-up monsters on the field whose DEF is less than or equal to the ATK the Tributed monster had on the field.
Have the potential to wipe your opponent's monsters.
Cons
The effect requires a tribute which has to be a dragon-type monster.
Do not work against monsters with very high defense. For example, Big Shield Gardna.

Absolutely amazing in a REBD deck - tribute wyvern or rebd -> clear field -> summon them back via RE spirit -> direct attack and mirror wall is your 🔥 :)
It got even better with Return of the Red-Eyes. This seems like the only combo where Meteor Dragon + Red-Eyes Impact could be useful. 1800 Atk = REBD safe.

can the tribute be an opponents monster for burst breath to actavate
I think this card is pretty good for Dragons, but potentially destroying your own cards is a big problem. The tribute isn't such a big deal to me, because that monster you tribute was probably about to die anyway.
Yes it can wipe your own monsters, but if it was the only monster on your field @ the end of the opponent's turn & you have another in the hand, it is really a very small sac to wipe your opp's field.
Because sometimes your monster may have higher attack than your opponents defense, and since your monster would be destroyed anyway by mirror wall, burst breath basically just becomes a 1 for 1 trade with potential to take out even more monsters.
