Notes

Search White Night Dragon with Melody of Awakening Dragon.
You can search White Night Dragon from your deck and equip him to Paladin of Felgrand. Send Paladin of Felgrand and another monster you control to the graveyard to revive White Night Dragon or Arkbrave Dragon.
You can also special summon White Night Dragon from your hand when Kidmodo Dragon is sent to the graveyard.
White Night Dragon can Negate the effect of Quill Pen of Gulldos and Spiritual Art - Miyabi that targets it.
Arkbrave Dragon should be special summoned to get rid of Phalanx Pike.
Attack every defense position monster Mai controls.
When Dragon Knight of Creation destroys an opponent's monster, send White Night Dragon or Arkbrave Dragon to the graveyard.
Wild Tornado is used to destroy Mirror Wall and Phalanx Pike. Remember to use Wild Tornado before Mai attacks with a monster equipped with Phalanx Pike to avoid giving her battle damage.
You must have 2 big Dragons on your field before your final turn.
Remember to use Anti Magic Arrow at the start of your final battle phase.

Notes

Spam your field with monsters.
Use World Carrotweight Champion to send Rose Lover from your hand to graveyard.
Special summon Hermitree with Rose Lover or simply tribute summon him.
You can attack Mai's defense position monsters
Excavate as much as possible.
Activate the effects of Marshalleaf and Komushroom only when Mai has Monsters or Spell/Trap cards you can destroy.
Use Lotus Swain to return Marshalleaf and Komushroom to the deck so that you can excavate them later to deal with Mai's cards.
At some point Mai will run out of monsters to put on her field.
You must have 3 or more monsters before your final turn.
On your final turn, activate Hey, Trunade first and then tribute summon The Winged Dragon of Ra and activate it's effect to gain even more attack.

Special summon Labyrinth Wall and Dark Necrofear as soon as possible.
As always prioritize sending last turn cards back to deck when using labyrinth builder.
Keep setting Dark Mimic LV1, Dark Mimic LV3, and Doomdog Octhros so you deck out faster than Mai and fuel the summoning of Dark Necrofear.
You will most likely be safe even if Mai returns one of your defenders to hand or deck. As long as you have at least 1 left on the field she can't attack you.
If anything goes wrong use Sphere Kuriboh, Curse of Anubis or Windstorm of Etaqua to save yourself for that turn.
On the final turn, Have 2 Dark Necrofear or 1 Dark Necrofear and 1 Labyrinth Wall in face up attack position then use Shield & Sword. Summon Gravekeeper's Vassal and use Secret Pass to the Treasures and 2 Union Attacks on him, remember to activate Anti-Magic Arrows to prevent she activate the trap such as Mirror Wall, then direct attack for 9999+ damage.

Notes

Do not summon Gate Guardian. You will use the 3 Jins on your field to stall.
Use Rebound to counter Quill Pen of Gusto or Harpie Harpist. When you do it is usually best to randomly discard a card from her hand with Rebound's follow up effect.
Use Dimension Gate to dodge Mai's Spriritual Art - Miyabi, Quill Pen of Gusto, or Harpie Harpist but only when Swift Birdman Joe has already been summoned. Otherwise Swift Birdman Joe will cause your monster to be permanently banished.
Interdimensional Matter Transporter can dodge the same things as Dimension Gate and does not risk you permanently removing your monster.
Use Shard of Greed, Jar of Greed, and Good Goblin Housekeeping to draw your cards faster.
Set Wild Tornado before your final turn.
On your final turn, the first thing you should do is activate Storm and chain Wild Tornado to it so that you can destroy all of Mai's set cards. (You must turn on self chain to do this.)
Alternatively if you still control all your Jins by the final turn, you can destroy Wild Tornado as a set card and use it to destroy one of your Jins.
It is normal to lose 1 or 2 of your Jins throughout the Duel. Losing 1 of them is essential as you need to free up space for Gravekeeper's Vassal. Losing 2 will cause you to only receive the 5000+ damage assessment.

Effect Damage decks

You will use the following decks to get 3-4k score if you don't have an event exclusive LD, Paradox Brothers, and cards which are currently unobtainable like Dimension Gate and Union Attack. Those effect damage decks still can't guarantee 100% victory however.

i built a sea stealth attack winged dragon of ra deck(with yami marik new skill) the legendary ocean allows me to summon high attack monsters without tributes and ssa protects them then i summon ra and he gain the atk of those monsters 7000 atk+ plus his effect he gets 10k atk+ with this you get 8000-9000+ points

So, here is my Aromage-Vassal farm deck.
99% winrate against lvl 30-40 Mai.
I just put Vassal and his farming things in the simple Aroma deck. Easy to win but you need to be careful about some things.
How to play:
- summon Jasmine as soon as you can for draw power, so Mai cant deckout herself.
- hold 2(!) monster on your field
- dont forget to use Aroma Garden before you end your turn, so Mai weak monsters cant beat your boosted monsters
- you dont need to attack her monsters, just if she summon a stronger one
- when you are approaching to the end: tribute Jasmine, and hold 2 Bergamot or 1 Bergamot and 1 Rosemary on the field
- on your last turn: use Secret Pass before activate Aroma Garden! Its very important, because you cant use Secret Pass if Vassal has boosted ATK. (you can use more Garden in one turn if you want it)

In fact there are only a few harder situation:
- start with bad hand (so with Vassal, secret pass, 2 aroma garden, etc)
- before the end, you have 3 monster on the field. Try to avoid this, but if this happened -> put Rosemary to defense position or Jasmine to attack and hope she will attack them.

+1 Once it happened to me. I only had 1 card in my deck, but sadly i let Jasmine on the field, then Mai killed my Rosemary, and because of this my Aroma Garden activated, i got 1k LP, but because of this, my Jasmine effect activated, so i draw 1 card. And when my turn started, i had no card in my deck, so i lost. :)

As somebody noticed too, it looks like Mai was updated.
Today my winrate against the lvl 40 one is lowered, but against the lvl 30 is still 99%.
The lvl 40 Mai always summon 2 monsters in her first turn, and i always start with terrible hand... so annoying. But if you start with good hand, you will win.

You can't exactly claim it has a 99% win rate without trying it 100 times at least... Even for lvl 30 the win rate is still inconsistent because she constantly tributes monsters and summons from her deck with her field spell. Without Jasmine, she still outdraws you. Without Bergamot or Aroma Garden + either Bergamot or Rosemary you get overpowered.There's still too many factors that allow defeat.

Thats true, but i never(!) lost against the lvl 30 Mai!
Sadly the lvl 40 one is much harder, but if i got good hand, i won.
Anyway, nobody is obliged to use it, but I just wanted to share what deck works for me.

I use Aromage deck too to farm her.

And yes, the only issue is that if you don't get Aroma Garden + Jasmine fast enough, say goodbye to your winning chance.

Lv. 40 Mai just activated destruction ring against me, i was using Gate Guardian farming deck,I lost the Duel due to that effect damage, and I don't see Destruction Ring anywhere on Level 40 Mais deck. Is this a bug? Also if it's not this make Gate Guardian farming deck just bullcrap, since when Mai draw destruction ring you lose :(

Yeah, I saw Destruction Ring too, good thing I'm farming her with Aromage-Ra deck so I have plenty of LP.

On the other hand, I never see Phalanx Pike on her deck. I think Konami secretly updated her deck at one point, replacing Phalanx Pike with Destruction Ring.

And one winged dragon of ra
I do 12,000 are over i do get bad hands i send the deck out tomorrow ( try to) i use Tau (something like that) she was the skill life points cost 0 and i have not got anything good from Mai

Necrofear isn't consistent because Mai keeps sending Labyrith and Necrofear to your hand/deck with Harpist, Quill and Miyabi. Only 3 cards are threat but Mai can have them so easy since she uses her deck really fast

need to up this
tbh this is pretty good deck

and if you have paleozoic canadia its even better
you can change meteor crush into enraged battle ox since most people got their chalice/wod
and -1 mauso to +1 AMA to prevent a freaking mirror wall
personally, i only bring 1 swamp mirrorer, because its kinda useless if you play as 2nd

but yeah this isnt 100% is like 80% but its fine

i even bring etaqua for stall or to trigger canadia and pretty good against swift birdman joe if you already set it
floodgates works too, but be careful because there is a monster gate in her deck

but i think canadia is way better or floodgates or even econ if you just want to stall one turn since her deck is full of backrow hates and returns
