Nope, not more unconsistent than other farm builds. 95% win rate against keith, yugi muto, best win rate against bakura, its starting well against mai, and some more.
If you don't think this deck is consistent then don't use it ,a recorded 2 replays vs may with this deck my id is slam60 delete my after you watch the replays or keep me for the vaga 1 card exchange.

and if you have paleozoic canadia its even better
you can change meteor crush into enraged battle ox since most people got their chalice/wod
and -1 mauso to +1 AMA to prevent a freaking mirror wall
personally, i only bring 1 swamp mirrorer, because its kinda useless if you play as 2nd
i even bring etaqua for stall or to trigger canadia and pretty good against swift birdman joe if you already set it
floodgates works too, but be careful because there is a monster gate in her deck
and idk if intrigue shield good on this deck..
but i think canadia is way better or floodgates or even econ if you just want to stall one turn since her deck is full of backrow hates and returns
