Can this card tributes opponent wind monster?

No, you must tribute a WIND monster from your side of the field. If you steal one with something like enemy controller, you can tribute it, but the monster tributed must be on your side of the field.

If you really want to combo this with econ, try attacking your opponent using the econ-ed monster first.

This is a different version of ballista squad made for Dracossack, it is in that box so that you play the control game kinda like what gouki does

It works in harpies but there are better options for them

Yep this card was included with dracossack in mind not harpies. I've run across several decks like that, it runs the Harpie engine 3 channeler, 3 perfumer and 2 pet dragon but the rest is backrow and backrow removal

Would have been a good card about 3 years ago. Now there's better options for most wind decks.

It's about time they finally release this card. My MPB deck is aching for some spot removal I can activate on the opponent's turn.

"Leave the field" effect does not activate if it makes the card go to the Deck. That's the official ruling since 2011.

I assume it's because the effect activates after the card leaves the field and is already within its new place, and you cannot activate the effects of cards directly from your Deck, so logically, the "leave the field" effect shouldn't activate since the card is in the Deck now.
