Whoever named this card Miyabi must be an avid japanese p*rn

Use interdimensional transporter. He always use this trap right after you tribute, ritual, or fusion monster.
If you have Dark Paladin and you manage to protect Paladin from this trap, you won't have to worry a thing and Paladin would get an enormous Attack boost since most of Super Joey monster are Dragon

mirage dragon is completely useless against this cause you can activate it during the main phase.

Would dimensional inversion work? Or does removed from play only refer to banished cards? Im not sure if sending a card from the field back to ur deck counts as removed from play or not.

Dimensional Inversion only works on monsters that are banished (which used to be called "removed from play").

It's unfortunate. It would be great to have a few more counters against this card.

Ultimate providence counters this card, as long as you have another trap in your hand

What I am going to try second time around is a Unhappy girl with 7 Tools, Xing Zhen Hu, Nobleman, and Straight flush all in the deck

OH LORD. i HATE this card with a burning passion. Screw U Super Joey LV 40.

Only cards that can counter the effect of Miyabi are 7 Tools, Trap Jammer(Battle Phase), Malfunction(delay to the next turn), Tyrant(can be killed with Metalmorph, and you have to run Tyrant deck), and one monster that has Japanese name, he rides a horse and holds a sword (only 1500 ATK)

I dont really onow what can negate this, but trap jammer and 7 tools cant negate it, so maybe try de-spell or wild tornado

Overwhlem and Champion's Vigilance can also negate it but you need to have level 7+ monster on the field.
