How to Play

1. Set a Defending Deck! Defender Decks will Auto Duel with other challenging Duelists.
2.Select a Duelist from the event map to challenge their Defender Deck! The Reload Button can be pressed at regular intervals in order to change the Duelists that have appeared. When other Duelists' Defender Decks cannot be found, Standard Duelists will appear instead.
3. Obtain Event Points and Island Coins through Event Duels.
4. Obtain Rewards with Event Points!
5. Save up Island Coins to use in the Lottery!

Friends

  • Duelist on your Friends list may appear on the Event Map
  • Dueling friends does not require Stamina, so be sure to Duel them when they appear.

Island Trespassers & Intruder [Trespassers Lvl 50 Added!]

An Island Intruder may sometimes appear. Duel it to gain lots of Event Points and Island Coins!

Attacking Deck

  • Your attacking deck will be the deck and character currently active at Duel World.
  • You can change your attacking deck anytime by changing your active duelist and deck.
  • Near the upper right side of the screen you will see a refresh button. Click it to switch the duelists currently in your event map if you are not satisfied with the point rewards or want easier opponents.
  • You can only refresh every 60 seconds.
  • It is recommended to avoid duelists using a Fur Hire deck as they are difficult to defeat with Auto-Duel. Refresh duelists if necessary.

Defending Deck

  • Your deck that will duel against attacking Duelists.
  • You can only have one Defending Deck set at a time, but it can be changed at any time during the Event.
  • A Defending Deck will Auto Duel with any Duelist that comes looking for a challenge, but it cannot use skills.
  • When a Defending Deck succeeds in fighting off an attacking Duelist, you will earn Event Points and Island Coins, so be sure to make it as strong as possible!

Stamina

  • Challenging Other Duelists to Duels will reduce your Stamina by 1.
  • 1 Stamina will be restored every 30 minutes, but no Stamina will be restored if your Stamina is at 5.
  • you can fully restore your Stamina with a Stamina potion.
  • Stamina Potions can be obtained through Daily Bonuses, Event Missions, and other means.
  • Dueling friends does not require Stamina, so be sure to Duel them when they appear.

Ancient gear is not a really great problem they are nice toys to my litle boy

With the lottery is it better to use 30 coins for the rarer cards, or 300? I'm having the worst luck getting anything in this event and I'm almost at 2mil points

Does anyone know how they calculate the pointvalues? Because sometimes I encounter a deck >5k with trash cards(not even synergy ones)... And for defense wins I get everytime 3k.

youll always get 30 coins for defending. about the deck value, friends have always 5k, but otherwise i dont know.

Am I the only one who really doesn't care about this event, because it's basically an AI version of Ranked Duels with limits? I mean seriously, they ended the Crowler event for this? -_-; I've been playing it mostly on Auto Duel just to farm the items out of it but the event itself has much to be desired.

It seems they've finally considerably toned down the difficulty of the event.

Previously tons of high point ones, run PVP decks with perfect hand every single time, now the high point ones are sometimes casual decks that are far easier to beat, provided the game doesn't give you a ridiculously bad hand. (I once lost to a normal monster beatdown deck because I keep drawing spells and traps and no monster)

High point defenders doesn't mean anything but that they have been actively playing. I still don't have the cards for most meta decks, usually play 4 start beaters with traps and spells, but I maxed out the event points many days ago. My defense deck only battled 67 times in the whole event so if all I did was post that my event point rating would be really low.

Makes sense to battle high point defenders because even a loss is usually more coins than the lower point defenders who you may still lose to. Horrible drop rates tho, most lottery drops are N or G cards, gold x2 or 3. SR and UR are VERY RARE, as have been gems (for me).

This is stupid, I spend more than 2000 coins at the lottery and my best pulls are 1 Golden Homunculus and 2 Dark Crusaders.

Not even a single Wild-Horn, let alone Cross-Wing or Rock-Lizard.

2000 coins are not a lot of coins you spend in this Event. I spend over 5000 gems and I didn't get 1 Dark Crusader...
I got all the others 2 oder 3 times but no f***in Dark Crusader...

i spend over 15000 coins and not 1 ur so this event drop is 🔥 just like all other event drops the best i have is 1 Golden Homunculus

This event is kind of lackluster since everyone is mostly running similar decks. I, on the other hand, am using an Anti-UAGG/AGG deck to pick off every player using Ancient Gears. Great success. My defense deck is the same deck so I’m playing Gatekeeper when defending.

Computer can’t play my Anti-UAGG deck well, which is expected so I swapped to a basic deck with all 1900 beaters and a 🔥 ton of defensive cards while I run a tier 1 GB deck and picking off the high points players. Only lost about 10 duels out of 50 or so. My only reason for losing with a GB deck is the game shuffling my deck to screw me over

First thing: The lvl 30 Intruder give 10k points, not 7.5k!
Second: If you lose against an Intruder, the next one is the lower level deck(with lvl 10 the minimum).

I encountered a weird interaction with Divine Wrath and GBs. When a GB tag out and DW is used, it show the animation of it being negated, but after this resolves, it stay in deck(without summoning another GB to the field) and is not destroyed/send to the graveyard. Is this a bug or correct?

I actually like lottery events since you can get a pretty high amount of gems from them. It's better than farming roaming duelsist and still not getting a playset of every reward card.
